I have completed the 'on page' editing of the content via an HtmlEditor when in 'EditMode'.  My custom content management system, where text/html is involved, can now edit content without the external system.  The editor is still a simple editor, visible on the Contact page....

I am always working on something for fun. Usually it is a library that I will post on the Online Forum or it can be downloaded here....
